  • Staff Recruitment, Induction and Training, Support and Supervisions

  • Client Allocations and Staff Roster Processing

  • NDIS Financial Plan Management, data verification, service bookings, claims, invoicing, and receipting, rejections and reconciliation

  • Follow up issues and concerns with the NDIS office

  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders

  • Support for Risk Management Processes and Incident Reporting
